Challenge
Noble Energy, an oil and natural gas company in Colorado with locations in Denver and Weld County, believes that investing in the community is an essential part of the company’s social responsibility (CSR) and culture. Noble focuses its CSR efforts on building partnerships/projects that better people’s lives and live up to Noble’s core values, which are to create value for stakeholders on a sustainable basis that are consistent with their business objectives. To do so, Noble sought a marketing partner to help develop a brand engagement and storytelling program to demonstrate their ongoing commitment to making Colorado a better place to live, work and play.
Solution
GFM|CenterTable worked with Noble to articulate the ways a responsible oil and natural gas company can be a positive force within the communities where its employees live and work. To support Noble’s social investment programs, GFM|CenterTable focused on three key areas: education and youth leadership; environmental stewardship; and health and wellness. Brand engagement and storytelling support included the development of messaging and content, design and creative content, digital and social strategy and execution, employee and ambassador engagement programs, media relations program, program measurement and more.
