Agency Overview

GFM|CenterTable is an integrated marketing communications agency driven to work with like-minded companies making an impact. Headquartered in Denver, our agency has more than 50 team members throughout the U.S., with a global reach across 60 countries through membership inPROI, the industry’s largest partnership of independent agencies.

For more than two decades, GFM|CenterTable has steadfastly celebrated our work/life blend and our autonomous and entrepreneurial culture. We have been recognized 12 consecutive times by Outside magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in America and the agency is the longest-tenured company nationwide to be listed in the top 10. We encourage our team members to work when, where and how it works best for their lifestyle (ski lifts and hiking trails included). That includes “Trusted Time Off” unlimited vacation days, “Zero-Entry Mondays” and “Friday Focus Time” that help team members ease into and out of the workweek, quarterly mental health days, dedicated team and individual coaching resources working with both the Enneagram and Emergenetics — among other perks.

While those employee benefits unquestionably increase the quality of the experience working at our agency, our team members are highly motivated achievers who develop innovative and successful campaigns on behalf of our clients. Demonstrating value for our clients is our “True North.” This dedication to our team and clients is what sets us apart, ensuring that every campaign we create not only meets expectations but consistently exceeds them.

Giving back to our communities is deeply embedded in our DNA. Whether through our Get Grounded volunteer program, which encourages team members to donate time and energy to causes that are important to them, or through our private 501(c)3 Get Grounded Foundation, which to date has provided more than $500,000 in micro grants in the areas of child abuse and neglect prevention, youth mental health and childhood hunger relief. Our agency leadership and team members are committed to leaving our community better than we found it.

We are an active member of B:CIVIC, and we have also been honored with The Civic 50 award four times, recognizing 50 Colorado-based companies that set the standard for superior corporate citizenship in our state. We believe that together we can make business a force for good and share it with the world.

In addition to our culture-driven non-traditional benefits, we offer a suite of traditional benefits along with an annual bonus plan and a referral program.

At GFM|CenterTable, we embrace and celebrate our differences. They are what inspire, unite and motivate us to make this world a better place. We are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate against any person on account of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age or veteran status. We strongly encourage people of color, LGBTQIA+, veterans and individuals with disabilities to apply.

We believe that great work starts by taking care of our people. We don’t believe in micromanaging and prefer to hire capable, kind and humble individuals who demonstrate our four core values of uncompromising ethics, passionate collaboration, mutual respect and unwavering accountability. The ideal team member exemplifies what we call “talent-tude” – mad skills complemented by a great outlook on both work and life. We hire carefully because we want our team members to be with us for a long time while they continue to learn and grow. Historically, our annual attrition rate hovers around 6% as compared to an average of 30% in our industry, which is a testament to our supportive culture and the longevity of our team.

GFM|CenterTable is looking for a search marketing expert to join our team. This is a flexible position that will be filled by someone with ten (10) or more years of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) experience, and who has a proven track record of thinking strategically and conducting successful search marketing campaigns.

Relevant experience should include developing successful search strategies and executing across multiple channels. This team member will also conduct search ecosystem analysis and keyword/search volume research, run competitor analysis, implement operational tracking and create measurement models, as needed.

Search experts with the following attributes will likely succeed in this position:

  • Experience motivating and managing high-performing, integrated marketing teams collaboratively while handling complex accounts and budgets
  • Professional maturity with sound judgment and the ability to gain credibility with high-touch clients and partners. This also requires the ability to “read the room” and lead discussions with clients to set goals, KPIs and manage expectations.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellence
  • An understanding of the evolving search landscape and a familiarity with marketing strategies to address generative engine optimization and social search
  • A keen understanding of marketing and strategic thinking on digital platforms from a big picture vantage, but also interest in rolling up their sleeves to implement a variety of tactics and optimization activities
  • Dedicated PPC campaign management experience across a variety of account types and sizes (including Google Grants)
  • Can identify and understand how to tell a compelling story across digital channels in a manner that resonates with a client’s target audiences
  • Ability to participate in various digital marketing projects ranging from complex campaign audits and strategic planning to implementing advertising buys and measuring success to inform ongoing strategy
  • Experience developing digital marketing campaign reports and effectively reporting campaign performance results to senior management and/or clients in a meaningful way
  • Conversion tracking setup expertise is preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrate social media acumen and sound judgment in both their personal and professional digital lives
